reiki retreat: THIS WEEKEND the urban reiki retreat is cohosted by jeff from vibrant reiki, and bronwyn from reiki yoga. (see photos below) this playful palooza will weave together an afternoon of healing, attuning, and exploring with new tools. we'll celebrate life, and reconnect with reiki. |

chakra balancing & pendulum workshop we'll practice some techniques for balancing chakras (led by bronwyn), and play with pendulums (led by jeff). we'll take turns on the table working on each other, and learn how to deeply connect with a pendulum, discern how pendulums 'speak' to us, and practice three basic pendulum excercises. balancing and reading chakras are profound skills for your healing basket. everyone takes home a pendulum! |

refresh your reiki I attunement workshop when usui sensei taught reiki, it was accepted that one received as much reiju (attunement) as possible, on a regular basis. today in the western world, we often only do one attunement for each level, and stop there. receiving repeated reiki attunements can be a huge support for us energetically, and they're so much fun! bronwyn and jeff (trained in japan) will attune everyone, each working within our own reiki lineage. you'll be zinging and zipping, with a stronger, refreshed connection to reiki. |

chanting and toning workshop is there anything better than chanting and toning with a gaggle o reikifolk? (twinkle) we'll play with sacred sounds and the sweet medicine of vibrational healing. sound healing is amazing for breaking up stagnant energy, and for welcoming in high vibrations of love and light. we'll chant
and tone reiki symbols and some universal mantras together, and
everyone will have a chance to receive some powerful group juju.

shu chu reiki: reiki share what reiki gathering would be complete...without some quality time on the table? we'll break into small groups, and practice giving and receiving. this will be a great time to put our new chakra balancing and pendulum reading skills to use, and to feel the delicious shift in our reiki practice after our refresher attunements. |
