Nurture Package
Series of 3 reiki treatments - the best way to meet and experience reiki. $250 (save $35)

regular reiki treatments offer healing far beyond the scope of what we can imagine for ourselves. it's much like the difference between sitting in meditative practice once for ten minutes, or engaging in the art of mindfulness every day for a month. both will benefit you, and one can change your life. testimonials

Reiki Sessions
Individual reiki treatments, up to two hours long, supportive, playful and loving. $95

reiki is delicious! whether you are experiencing imbalance, or want to nourish youself on your journey, reiki will attend to your needs and infuse you with a sense of peace. each session is crafted to meet your needs, creating a joyful, playful space for your healing. some session guidelines are here.

Reiki & Sacred Stones
Combines reiki and 50 healing stones to reprogram a specific issue or idea, two hours. $95

this treatment combines some classic 'hands on' reiki with the potency of sacred healing stones. you'll rest comfortably in a grid of stones, where each gemstone acts as an additional healer. we'll select an issue to reprogram or release, and allow the stones to do their magic. take home a stone to continue your healing.

Reiki & Shamanic Soul Retrieval
receive lost soul parts, learn to journey shamanically, and integrate with reiki, three session series. $300

shamanic thinking offers that when we experience trauma, parts of our vital essence split off so we can survive. this leaves us with 'soul loss,' often expressed as depression, compromised immunity, or feelings of 'something missing.' you'll learn to journey, a skill you'll use for life, welcome home soul parts, and deepen joy and satisfaction. this is a HUGE celebration - welcome home!

Birthday Treat
Celebrate your birthday with reiki $75 (save $20)

happy birthday! to honor your succulent self, come and enjoy some decadent birthday reiki. during the month of your birthday, please accept the gift of $20 off your treatment. your birthday treat includes a delicious two hour reiki session, in addition to empowering your new year's intentions with reiki. we'll celebrate you in style!

Student Sessions
Available to all Vibrant Reiki students for ongoing mentoring and support. $75 (save $20)

it's important to me that we keep reiki alive and vibrant in our lives, and not allow our reiki practice to dance into the realms of memory. we'll check in on your reiki experiences and questions, in addition to diving on into the reiki river for your full reiki treatment. Distant Reiki Sessions
Half-hour distant reiki sessions with email followup. $45

reiki can be sent over distance, in addition to in-person treatments. wherever you are on planet earth, we can connect and zing some reiki your way. we'll synch up our time zones, and you'll peacefully receive while I send. email followups details what I sensed from your energy body. simple, sweet, powerful.

What to Expect at Your Treatment
a traditional reiki session involves laying on of hands on the clothed body. after checking in about where you're at on your healing journey, and what your reiki treatment will feel like, we'll nest you on a comfy massage table with soothing music, candles, aromatherapy, eye pillows and blankets. once you're comfortable, we'll leap into the reiki river together.

reiki brings a deep sense of support and calm. although sensitivities vary, you'll be aware of hot reiki hands, and may feel energy flowing through you, enter a dreamlike state, or experience powerful shifts. reiki sessions are a warm, safe haven for healing. like chocolate mousse, you've just got to experience it to really get it!

When to Reiki, and How Often
each person experiences reiki differently. for some, it is an energizing and playful experience. for others, deep self work occurs - the possibilites for a reiki session are limitless! reiki can help with physical concerns like recovery from surgery, injury or illness, and releasing trauma, old habits, or addictions. whether you are clearing old patterns, regaining health, embracing new lifestyles, or finding what delights you, reiki is always beneficial.

people ask, 'how often should I receive reiki?' my years of experience have shown me that a reiki treatment every three weeks is a super great way to support health and happiness. in times of crisis, stress or change, weekly treatments are an incredible supportive tool, and biweekly appointments support deep, juicy self care.
