session
suggestions:
reiki sessions feel...just great! you'll enjoy a long drift down the
reiki river, paddling about happily in your relaxed state. one can
certainly show up to a session and let reiki guide us in its own intelligently
playful, loving way. alternately, you might consider what's brought
you to reiki, and ponder what you'd like to open. setting an intent
around a session is interesting, as you watch in the days and weeks
following to see what occurs. reiki will work as it will, and it's
a fun approach all the same. I recommend: |
| |
|
 |
1.
dressing comfortably, as though you're at home (because you are!)
2. avoid excess
jewelry so that you can rest comfortably
3. begin drinking
some extra water before a session to help clearing
4. wear socks.
you'll have your shoes off, and feet may cool down
5. bring a
water bottle so you can hydrate on your way home |

session agreement:
certainly, there are times when life (and reiki) has different plans
for us than what we set out to do. as such, I understand that there
are times when our plans change.
so that we're both on the same page and can act in integrity together,
I'd like to share some boundaries and guidelines around sessions:
|
| |
|
 |
1.
cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance requires
a $50 cancellation fee
2.
late arrivals change the start time of a session, but not the end
time (ie, if you arrive 20 minutes late for a session, we will still
end on time)
3.
payment for a session is due in full at the end our time together,
either via cash or check
4.
please alert us about contagious illness as far in advance as possible |

many
thanks for attending to these guidelines. always, reiki engineers
the perfect experience for both of us, so that we feel held up and
supported in our interactions together. (smile)
I
look forward to connecting with you soon...happy healing!
namaste,
anna
