shu chu reiki: reiki share **new castro location**

in february, the reiki share will be hosted at the gorgeous hanuman center in the castro. come enjoy many reiki paws on the body at once...all are welcome, from seasoned practitioners to the reiki curious. we'll start with introductions, breathwork and grounding, and everyone will enjoy giving and receiving reiki mini-sessions. the really beautiful thing about reiki shares is the chance to connect and play with other reikifolk - true and deep healing occurs on so many levels. happy healing, friends!

the reiki clinic, run biweekly (or so), offers low-cost, sliding scale reiki sessions. san franciscans are welcome to support their health and wellness through short, low-cost treatments provided by dedicated volunteer practitioners in a supervised clinical setting. reiki clinic treatments are $25 for a half hour of reiki from two practitioners at once. this is a great way to receive regular, affordable reiki - come play!

 this class is a beautiful deepening of reiki, and introduces distant healing (sending reiki through space and time), and the first three reiki symbols. we'll spend time playing with crayons, working on the table with our new symbols, and also practice five different distant reiki techniques, including a reiki crystal grid that you take home with you. course includes reiki attunement, reiki grid, practice time, reiki teaching materials, and your reiki certificate. CLICK 'SIGN UP' FOR SPECIAL FEBRUARY DETAILS AT HANUMAN CENTER. everyone can learn to journey shamanically, and work with compassionate helping spirits. as with reiki, shamanic practitioners act as a conduit, or hollow bone, to bring information and healing into the world. open to beginners and experienced practitioners, the shaman circle offers a safe, loving space to enjoy community and two shamanic experiences with live drumming. we'll call in the directions, set sacred space, and dive on into an evening of spirit. come play!

this playful and thorough introductory reiki class connects you to reiki and teaches the fundamentals of reiki ideas, history, techniques and practice. you'll begin to experience reiki energy, and be able to treat yourself and others for the rest of your life. all classes include discussion of five main ideas, reiki attunement, experiential practice time, teaching materials, your reiki certificate, and are held in a safe and nurturing space. feeling reiki flowing through your hands for the first time is magic! shinpiden level: reiki master class*
two day intensive, offered twice annually, noon-8pm, $695

shinpiden can be translated as walking the mystery. some take this class to raise to enhance their spiritual path, and some learn shinpiden to start a healing practice, or teach reiki. you'll learn the master symbol and practice attuning people to reiki - incredible magic. shinpiden is a commitment to walk a spiritual path in your life, and the self undergoes deep healing on all levels. includes preparatory questions, teaching materials, practice time, attunements, and certificate. reiki shows up magnificently at this level - wondrous strange, and exhilarating! healthy boundaries for healers*
one day intensive, taught twice annually, noon-8pm, $195

most folks drawn to healing are sensitive, empathic, and intuitive, and life can feel challenging until we learn to clearly understand and articulate where our boundaries are, and how to lovingly and firmly enforce them as healers, and as humans. class includes exploration of different kinds of boundaries, personal work and journaling, and lots of practice setting safe and healthy boundaries using playful techniques for the visual, kinesthetic, auditory and energetic learner. sacred stone healing & reiki*
one day intensive, taught once annually, noon-8pm, $395 (includes 30 healing crystals for you to take home)

communicate with sacred stones in a reiki way! you'll learn how to speak directly with crystals, practice five stone cleansing techniques, program your stones with reiki, receive a shamanic stone attunement, make your own stone healing mat, create your first intuitive, full-body layout that combines reiki and crystal healing, and take home the stone people that you work with in class. this class is FUN! karuna reiki®: karuna I&II master class*
three day intensive, taught once annually, noon-8pm, $895

karuna reiki® is an expression of the evolving nature of reiki - delicious! karuna, which means compassionate action, adds 8 amazing new reiki symbols, and is a beautiful deepening of reiki practice and connection to spirit. you will be ready to teach karuna I & II master levels by the end of the course, and will have explored the shadow self, practiced chanting, toning, and attuning, and be registered with ICRT. karuna is the most gentle and powerful reiki I know - magic! lightarian reiki®: classes I-VI*
accelerated workshops, two hours per class, $195 for lightarian I&II, $95 for lightarian III, IV, V&VI

lightarian reiki is about intentionally accelerating your spiritual growth, with strong connection to healing masters. lightarian reiki®, based on the teachings of ascended master buddha, deepens reiki practice beyond the vibration of usui and karuna reiki®. no new symbols are introduced in this reiki modality, which instead focuses on working directly with healing masters and the higher self, and broadens the spectrum of healing abilities.
