KARUNA REIKI® MASTER INTENSIVE: I’m very honored to play in the reiki river with you! (smile) one of the interesting things about reiki is how it brings us together in exactly the right way at exactly the right time – each class is unique, and amazing.

before class, I'll email confirmation of date, time and location to enrolled students. I’ll be ready to open the door fifteen minutes before we officially begin, and really encourage you to arrive early, to get situated and comfortable, and so we start on time. after your class, please allow time to be gentle and loving with yourself - expect that you might want rest time after our class meetings.

DAY ONE:
opening, grounding, introductions
discussion of the history, and origin of karuna reiki®
learning and practicing the four karuna level I symbols: zonar, halu, harth and rama
hour-long lunch break
karuna reiki® level I attunements
practice on reiki tables with the four new karuna reiki® I symbols
closing meditation

DAY TWO:
opening, grounding, checking in with karuna experiences
discussion of the shadow self
shadow self trance meditation
learning and practicing the four karuna level II symbols: gnosa, iava, shanti and kriya
hour-long lunch break
karuna reiki® level II attunements
practice on reiki tables with the four new karuna reiki® II symbols
closing meditation

DAY THREE:
opening, grounding, checking in with karuna experiences
discussion of the karuna reiki® program and ethics
learning and practicing the four karuna reiki® master symbols
hour-long lunch break
demonstration of a karuna reiki® attunement
practice giving karuna reiki® I and karuna reiki® II attunements
practice chanting and toning with karuna reiki® (this is sooo much fun!!)

closing meditation

the karuna reiki® master intensive includes:

- three days of instruction
- karuna reiki® manual for both karuna reiki® master levels
- karuna reiki® I master attunement and karuna reiki® II master attunement
- exploration of the shadow self, chanting, and toning (this is powerful!)
- reiki certificate
- registration with the international center for reiki training (ICRT)
